ModularMaster in Technology and Management
The ModularMaster in Technology and Management is a unique micro-credential initiative that refers to a suite of short, modular professional development courses that participants can build up to gain Graduate Certificates such as Graduate Certificate in Leading Innovation, Digital Strategy and Data-Driven Decision Making. Completing at least six out of seven modules of the program will allow participants to obtain a ModularMaster in Technology and Management Certificate.
The program provides business and technology expertise from Aalto University and Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) to help individuals master their mindset towards understanding and managing technology while at the same time building their business management skills. Participants will gain insights into the global digital landscape and receive the ability to apply the knowledge to their organizations. Topics in the program include Leading Digital Strategy and Transformation, Data Science and Decision Making, Artificial Intelligence, Managing Digital Design and Manufacturing, Innovation by Design and Cybersecurity and Managing Risks.
The program is open to participants from all educational backgrounds. No prior experience is required. Aalto EE and SUTD will be delivering the program in a hybrid approach, including in-class sessions, live webinars, and bite-sized videos. Participants will enjoy the flexibility of taking up to two years to complete all modules required to obtain the ModularMaster in Technology and Management Certificate.

Contents and Schedule
To graduate with a ModularMaster in Technology and Management certificate, participants must complete six of the seven modules offered in the program. Each module includes four days of lessons and one day of project presentation at the end.
Multiple learning approaches, including in-class sessions, live webinars, and bite-sized videos, are used to make the learning interactive and engaging.
Participants can enjoy the flexibility of taking up to two years to complete the program.
