Corporate University Program (CUP) is aimed for the company high potentials who want to develop their leadership skills or fill up their competency gaps; new managers, future managers, people identified in corporate talent programs and people on the development paths to Executive positions. CUP is a targeted initiative for corporations looking to send their key talent on a short term and highly interactive management program to develop certain managerial and leadership skills along with intensive networking. Each topic includes interesting pre-readings, intensive 3–day face-to-face period in Singapore (Fri-Sun) as well as post-assignment to reflect and implement learnings to the workplace.

Participants can choose and learn from the four major areas of strategy, leadership, finance and marketing. All learning will be immediately applicable to the real world business setting.

Pathway to Aalto Executive MBA

From each CUP module (up to 4 modules), you can transfer 4.5 European credits (up to 18 credits) towards the Aalto Executive MBA program. CUP credits are valid for four years from the completion of the module. Alternatively, a customized set of modules will be tailored to suit the specific needs of your key executives and organizational needs.
